Complete Disassembly

We disassemble each Jeep down to its bare frame to ensure optimal quality at build-up. At each work bay, parts are inspected and either restored or replaced with new old stock from our inventory or their equivalent.

  • media blasting for frame, body and metallic components.

  • cleaning & zinc treatments for hardware and moving parts.

  • mechanical rebuilding of engine, steering box, transmission, transfer case, axles, driveshafts and all their accessories.

  • chroming, anodizing and polishing of bumpers, window frames, door handles, windshield frames and hubcaps.

  • upholstery of all interior parts: seats, carpets, door and body panels, headliner, dash pad, steering, arm rests, consoles.

  • wiring and electrical restoration for wiring harness and electric door locks, window, windshield wiper motor, dash, heating, A/C.

  • cleaning of gas tank and fuel delivery systems.

  • stainless steel reproduction of brake and fuel lines.

  • recycling for fluids, tires, bushings and remaining old parts.
