Frame Treatment
POWDER COATING
Frames are sandblasted down to the bare metal, inspected for physical damage and repaired before getting zinc rich primed and powder coated. Worn out body mounts are replaced by polyurethane suspension bushings.
RUST PROTECTION GALVANIZation
Upon request, we hot-dip galvanize each frame to obtain additional rust production. The dip process allows zinc to merge with the metal in and out of the frame and its cavities. Of course, we will powder coat the frame on top of that.
Suspension Options
PROUD & ORIGINAL
Classic suspension guarantees elegance and comfort. Our partnership with Bilstein shocks provides the best ride quality for the on-road environment and occasional off-road adventure.
SPORTy & feisty
Custom lifts provide the right looks without compromising drivability. Leaf springs get replaced, as well as the extended stainless steel brake lines, pitman arm, and driveshafts.
DETAILED TO PERFECTION
Leaf springs receive full protective treatment, including complete disassembly, removal of bushings, individual powder coating, and new polyureathane leaf pads & bushings.
Drivetrain
Drivetrains either get completely rebuilt or bought new from Mopar Performance. Engines get reassembled then dyno-tested and merged with frame. Transmissions and transfer cases get the same treatment. New, balanced driveshafts are built to specs on every one of our Jeeps to avoid drivetrain vibrations. Optional upgrades or transmission swaps are possible. Commonly modern 5 or 6-speed manuals replace older 3 or 4 speed manuals. 7 or 8 speed automatics are available if combined with SRT-8 engines.
We base our drivetrains on the following setups:
Classic
Get as close to the original factory setup as possible with stock single, dual, quad-core carburetor or fuel injected on a rebuilt engine, transmission, transfer case, axles and driveshafts.
Modern
Combine the best of old and new without altering the engine and drive train. Some engines allow performance upgrades, such as replacement of the carburetor with an advanced multipoint mass air induction electronic fuel injection.
srt-8™ hemi conversion
Jeep® SRT-8® vehicles represent the very best of the best on street, track and off-road. We combine a complete drivetrain from a Jeep® SRT-8® with the iconic vintage aesthetics of any classic Jeep from the 1940s to early 1990s.
Exhaust Systems
We build our own stainless steel exhaust systems with Mandrel bent steel for the perfect fit and best performance. TIG and MIG welded for longevity and beauty. A variety of mufflers allow the right sound for your Jeeps personality.

POWERful
Brakes
The restoration of the brake system includes the replacement of pads, rotors, seals, gaskets and wheel bearings, as well the total refurbishment of the calipers.
classic
The classic setup features two discs in the front and two drums in the back with a vaccum assisted braking system.
modern
The modern setup features an upgrade to four slotted disc brakes and a Hydroboost assisted braking system.
Axle rebuild
Every axle gets a complete rebuild. New seals, new bearings, powder coated housings and zinc-coated shafts. Attention to detail to the last bolt and nut.
Steering Update
Older Jeeps have issues with a large amount of play compared to a modern vehicle. We overhaul all components in our restoration to rectify control.
In this process, we replace the power steering box and pump, overhaul the steering column and shaft, and replace all moving parts such as knuckles and joints. Finally, we use a steering box with a tighter gear ratio to eliminate slack.
Quality Body & Paint Craftsmanship
old School techniques
We guarantee a zero bondo policy on our Jeep restorations. No bondo or extensive body fillers are used- only old school techniques involving hammers and heat.
DOWN TO THE BARE METAL
Each component gets media blasted down to the bare metal before painting, offering long term rust protection. This is the only way to detect weak sheet metal, previous accidents and prevent eventual damage from the inside out.
STEEL, HEAT, HAMMERS & CRAFTMANSHIP
What you see is what you get. We guarantee full steel bodies, hammered out to perfection, the old school way by real craftmen.
RUST PROTECTION STANDARD
Body panels are metalized with a aluminum and zinc protection to prevent future corrosion.
QUALITY PAINT
Each panel is painted individually with the underside and inner wells covered in extra heat resistant hard coating before painting.
Surface primer
In order to guarentee a perfectly stretched body, a thin primer is applied to each panel and then sanded to perfection three times.
two tone paint
We paint over the first layer to ensure a smooth finish and transition between each color.
original decals
Top notch materials are applied over the painted bodies.
SOUND Proofing & heat insulation
Floors, panels, ceiling and doors get insulated with high quality sound proofing material.
Bright Anodizing on Hardware & Moving Parts
Original hardware restoration
Original hardware is inspected and treated with electro zinc plating without affecting tolerances and threads.
Stainless steel hardware
If preferred, we use A2 or A4 marine rated stainless steel hardware as a replacement to the original hardware.
moving part restoration
Any moving part that can not get metalized and powder coated because of tolerance issues gets an electrozinc treatment.
Chrome Plating & Anodizing
Bumpers, window frames, grilles, door handles, driprails and chrome accessories get plated and polished. Aluminum bumpers get anodized, polished and coated to perfection.
Detailed Upholstery
Respect of original schemes and fabrics. Upgrade original vinyl to leather. All new pannels, memory foam, fresh leather, powder coted seat frames.
Wiring & Electrics
Our electrical engineer replaces the entire wiring harness with a new one or restores the original harness. Each wire gets individually inspected, cleaned and loomed. The connects get fresh dielectric grease to ensure proper water protection. We can upgrade your Jeep to Light Emiting Diodes (LED) technology.
New Wheels & Tires
Tops & Canvas
